Please feel free to share what you are comfortable with.

Additionally, please provide any past treatment history or test results, such as blood tests or other test results.

Moreover, using tests not typically conducted in conventional medicine, functional medicine diagnostics estimate factors like gut health, stress levels, nutritional balance, and the accumulation of harmful substances. Based on these results, I will propose appropriate treatments.

The Initial Counseling

he initial consultation takes about 1.5 to 2 hours.

It mainly involves dietary and lifestyle guidance.

If you are already following an ideal diet and lifestyle but still have symptoms, I may recommend functional tests such as blood/saliva hormone tests, gut health tests, or urine tests to see neurotransmitters, depending on your condition, to further identify the root cause of your symptoms.

It is common to schedule a follow-up appointment in 1 to 2 months.

Insurance/Prescription/lab tests

I DO NOT ACCEPT ANY MEDICAL INSURANCE nor Medicare/Medicaid.

I DO NOT PRESCRIBE MEDICATION.

I prescribe medical supplements. You can buy on the internet.

I can send you functional Lab test kits. You can do test at home.

I can send referral to other doctor.

Practice Policies

Cancellation of Appointments

I spend a lot of time with our patients and therefore have a limited number of available appointment slots. Due to the high demand for my services, I have a 1-day cancellation policy. If an appointment is cancelled with less than 1 day notice, your will be charged for the visit. (You can reschedule without fee) I understand that life happens so if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please e-mail within the cancellation policy guidelines.

Payment Options

My office accepts cash, checks at the time services are rendered.

Laboratory Fees

I use a variety of labs to identify the cause of your symptoms. These labs may NOT be covered by your insurance company. I collect payment for some of these studies at the time when you get lob kit or send sample.
